6 to 8 cigars. I also inhale said cigars. So, yeah... Each one is ~0.5 packs of smokes.

When I switched to just cigarettes it was actually closer to 2.5 packs a day.

i don't smoke nearly that much at all, not quite even a pack a day. Unless I am drinking beer, then I will smoke a whole pack in a day.
