Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

The goal is to make sure they get paid every week, even if they didn't perform. So, we gotta be smart about the gigs we take and the money we make.

Are they all on a set salary? The same every week no matter what?

Yup. They all make the same amount - except the drummer who makes a bit more because he's got a ton of extra duties. He's the de facto leader. He drives and takes care of the truck, he's the first to show up and the first to leave, and he wrangles the roadies. He also takes care of the booking, promoting, and accounting. So, he makes $600 per week while all the others make $500 a week. That's a very livable income in Maine, though some of the band members make extra money from privately teaching music/vocals or other part time work.

Don't you mean he's the last to leave? LoL
