10 pushups says it's a rebranded Epiphone - probably a Hummingbird. They're playable. Standard acoustic guitar nut will drop right in there and your local music store will have dozens. You can glue it in place or the strings will actually hold it in just fine.
If you decide to glue it, knock out the glue that exists with a light rasp and give me a ping. I'll talk you through it.

Umm... Err... Erf... Let's just agree to say I have a whole lot of guitars. (I'm not actually sure what the total number is, except to say it's embarrassingly high. In my defense, they're well organized - mostly. I have some in storage.)
