It was added while it was live. To remove it would require a separate production. So, they leave it there and it means it was streamed live.

Making a 2nd production and switching to it, and uploading it, would take more time, effort, and money. So, you get what you get.

No, its not on the video where it says live, on the you tube controls themselves says live, and live chat is taking place, not a chat replay

Yeah, the chat is live. YouTube might actually still think it's live. They may have just streamed it again (and again) without actually stopping. So, to YouTube it may appear still live.
