Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

You don't have a 1G car, if you're curious.

And, huh, yeah some of those are pretty tight curves.

1G refers to the car's LA.

I dont know what 1G car is but I assumed it was a race car, as it is a race track. Some of those are pretty low speed

Yeah, low indeed.

Alright... A 1 G car is a car that can withstand 1 G of lateral force. In other words, you can take a corner and the sideways (lateral) forces will be as high as 1 G - that is the force of gravity. 1 G is one unit of gravity as measured here on earth as an average.

Your car is probably in the 0.87 to 0.91 G range. An early 1990s Dodge Viper would be something like 1.02 G. My GT3 RS is a whopping 1.24. My 720S is 1.12 G range.

So, that shows you how much difference the effect is in cornering. It is measured into the hundredths (usually) and even just a tenth (0.1) is a huge difference in results.
