Son of a bitch...
So, the shirt printing company and I have been going back and forth. See, I didn't care about getting my money back, nor did I really care that the shirts were fucked up. Yeah, it sucks, but it makes an interesting story.
What I wanted from them was for them to admit that it was their fault. They've been trying to blame it on me. This whole time, they've responded with a different service representative as I continue to smash them (not literally) in the face with facts.
No, the dashed lined around the logo is not my fault. No, I didn't add it. Yes, I have exactly the same image I used when I ordered it. No, it contains no dashes.
Well, they've been arguing this entire time.
I finally got frustrated and decided to pull the plug. BDE will no longer order merch from them. The band is already seeking new printers and there are infinite companies to go with.
So, now they're printing me up some free shirts. They should be here next week.
I'm only making one trip to the post office to ship stuff out. I can push that date back to as early as the start of the week after next.
I have two shirts, each signed. I'm getting (I'm not sure how many) replacement shirts. Those shirts could actually be worn, washed like normal, etc...
The 'best' option is to get two shirts (assuming the replacement shirts are okay). That means more waiting.
Otherwise, I'm mailing out the messed up (but signed) shirts tomorrow afternoon.
I'm actually okay with either of those choices. However, both of you need to be in agreement - 'cause I'm only going to the post office (going inside and dealing with people) once.
I'm gonna copy this message and share it with Crazy.
Well just look how long I've already waited! Another week or so is not a problem for me.
LOL COF also doesn't care, so I'll send the shirts out when I have two good ones (unsigned) and two rejects (signed).
I will NOT be taking them out to get them signed again. No... While I'd actually like to do that, as it's a very long drive, I am not going to have time to do that. I can't just throw a whole day away.
I was up and about earlier. I even did my stretches part of my PT. I didn't do my full PT. I even sat on my bed and played an acoustic for a while. I am back in the bed for now, and pretty much okay with that. It's a nice day to rest up.
Come hell or high water, I'll be hunting tomorrow morning.
Sounds great to me. I'll have one to wear and one to frame and put on the wall in the studio!
Good luck bagging your big buck tomorrow
