Yes, gender is a made up word that's not interchangeable with sex. You're born with a sex, but your brain drives your gender.

That's why we have fruitcakes. I understand and accept that.

No, I will not respect you because you're a pansexual non-binary that identifies as a featherkin. You have to earn my respect. You don't get it just for 'being brave'. No, bravery is doing something risky because it needs to be done. There's no risk in identifying as a fruitcake in modern America.

No, it doesn't make you special. It just means you're likely mentally ill. And, no... Being mentally ill doesn't earn you respect. No, I'm not outraged when people treat you like a fruitcake. None of your intrinsic rights have been violated. No, you don't have a right to a pronoun. No, you don't have a right to respect from your fellow man. You have a right to respect under the eyes of the law, and only so far as you continue to deserve it.

Almost always, the people who are claiming those genders are the kind of people who couldn't get laid in the first place.

They just want to have something that makes them feel special - and a tool with which they can berate people in order to have just a little bit of power over something in their lives. 'Snot like they have power over their eating and social behaviors. They're like kids in those departments.
