To ground it properly, you look like you're almost there.
Personally, I'd solder the ground to the center of the pots and then solder the other end to the trem/bridge, cavity shield and jack ground. This doesn't always work out the greatest, for whatever reason, so, like I said, play with it before you put it in the guitar. It should be the right answer. Sometimes you need to leave out the cavity shield, or use it in lieu of the bridge. But... I only "settle" on that if it is a cheaper guitar.
The North Finish on the Humbucker, should go into the DPDT and out of the DPDT should go into the South Finish of the humbucker. I think.

Update I ended up just doing series parallel hb split with 3 way and with do some esle with blender and use push pull for something esle
