He sure did a great job on the archives. Without him they probably would not exist

No probably about it. Without him, they would not exist.

At best, you can keep them going but he was the only one who was going to step up and do them at the time. Plus, the work was pretty rough - he had to go back through months of them, find the threads with Search Vote 'cause they were no longer in the top 20 pages.

Yeah... That's the magnitude of the work he put into 'em.

In hindsight, if we'd started the archives sooner then it'd have been much, much easier.

Yeah, but who know at the time that this was going to be a thing all these years later, and a weekly thing at at that!

LOL By the time he started doing the archives, we'd been at it for like a year or something like that.

So, yeah, it was well into 'weekly' status by then.
