Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then

$20 bucks an hour is probably a pretty decent wage in the boondocks of Maine

It's an excellent wage. Federal minimum wage for farmers has changed. My bad. The minimum is $7.25. I thought it was lower, but it's not - though some caveats with overtime exist. I'm not surprised that I was a little mistaken. We don't pay anywhere close to minimum wage.

And, yeah... You can live quite well on $20 an hour in Maine.

Nothing wrong with that. Is farm wages like waitress wages? I think they can still get away with paying waitresses like $3.50 an hour. Plus tips. But I don't know for sure.

You would probably laugh and be in awe if I told you just how much I live comfortably on here LoL

They're a bit like waitress wages, but not as much as they used to be.

And, they can 'pay' the waitress $3.50 - so long as their tips bring them over minimum wage. If they don't make tips enough to make minimum wage, the employer is to make up the difference.

LOL I could live cheap - 'cause I already have everything I need. However, I don't... I probably spend more in a week than you spend in a month.
