Yeah, there shouldn't be much more else as far as formalities goes, other than probate court. It does need to go to probate as there's an exchange of property and new names must be put on the deed.

Oh, he'd have an aide drive - but he's got his work license back again. He can drive for work now.

Well, that and it's Franklin County. He could actually walk to the court house.
