They were different by far in their style but both were highly effective and successful.

This is two playoff games where they've played the Grateful Dead. This week, it was Estimated Prophet. Two weeks ago, it was One More Saturday Night.

Today's: "Like an angel, standing in a shaft of light."

The song is about the many 'prophets' in the SF/CA region during the hippie dippy sixties. It's making fun of them, more or less.

Anyhow, I'm pretty sure I could have made that TD pass. The dude was wide open in the end zone. I'm not sure why the Rams allowed that.

They're the folks that made me fall in love with the team back in the day.

And, yeah... We'd be in an ambulance after that last hit. Though, they do have x-ray machines and other stuff like that right there on-site.

I'm not entirely convinced that I'd be going in an ambulance. A hit like that might straight up fucking kill me.

I remember driving from one house to another during a monday night football game once and got behind an ambulance and there was a Packers player in the back of the ambulance trying to get out of it, he was right in the back windows at the back door, and the doctors or whatever were pulling him back to the stretcher, it was crazy

The good players will do anything they can to be on the field playing, helping their team. They'll go out there straight up injured to the point where you and I would be spending a few days in bed and they'll play hard. It's amazing what they do.

And, yeah... The 49ers got some momentum going.
