I don't think someone is officially old until they are at least 70, right?
I suspect it varies per person and how much life you've squeezed into those years.
I'm 64. Most of the time, I don't feel too old. Sometimes? Yeah, sometimes I do.
I think genetics play a role as well. I have always appeared to be much younger than my age and when I am with people in my age group they are all old compared to me. Even when I was young I was slower in development that my peers. I remember when I graduated high school I was 18 years old and 5'8" tall. I got to be 6'0" when I was 21. Where most people had stopped growing taller well before they were 18. I think my genetics in aging somehow are at a slower pace than other peoples
I have generally looked about ten years younger than I am. Weird, I grew after I graduated as well. I grew like a full two inches, but I'm an inch or so shy of 6'.
I'm mostly native american, so we age slowly - kinda like Asian people. Unless we're outside all the time, in which case we're pretty much made of leather by the age of 50.
