This song took about 40 years to write. I found a good one about 40 years ago, and because I was being a butthole almost lost her. She stayed, I unbuttholed myself and we've been together since. True story

I can relate! Oh, man, can I relate!

It's a great song - album worthy, in fact. It just oozes of, "This is based on real events!"

It's also a song pretty much everyone on the planet can relate to. Regardless of the language they speak, if it was translated they'd relate. It'd be true in most cultures today.

Hmm... Hopefully, I'm able to host my 4th of July bash again soon. We even have a stage!

It's a full three day event (though I've had people camp longer),

You'd definitely be suitable for the stage.

And, how much one remembers is entirely up to them! There are some gaps in my memory and there are some great memories.
