Plus, they wouldn't have probable cause to arrest you. Receipt of stolen property requires the person receiving the property have known it was stolen - or, a reasonable person would have known it was stolen. Junkies sell their own property for dirt cheap prices. You don't know it was stolen. Even if you might have thought that it could be stolen, doesn't mean that you knew it was stolen property.

LOL I tell you what... If they charge you with stolen goods for the guitar AND you keep your mouth shut in the interview/arrest process, I'll personally come to your state and represent you in court!
