No he has not heard anything yet, they supposedly talked to the girls brother last week Monday and I asked him if he knows what they asked him or what he told them and he said he didn't know and he did not ask. Though he did show me a text message from the girls brother that said the cops contacted him wanting to talk to him and he knows that he did not rape her and he would do what he can to help him. Sop there's that. I mean, if a girl is being raped, and her brother is in the very next room, wouldn't you think she would have been screaming for her brother to come help? It seems logical to me, that if she did not do that at all, she was not being raped, she was just getting fucked. You know?
and yeah, the frustration of people trying to match your progress would be hilarious
I could probably pull that off for a while. Just jump to progressively better and better. At the end a year, I'd be as good as Malmsteen!
And, yeah... These days, some folks think rape is sex they regret the following day.
You probably could pull it off if you planned it out well!
I hope the cops come to the conclusion that this supposed rape is really sex that she regret the next day.
Just stick to his story, no matter how hard they try to get him to change it.
He is technically guilty of the charge I can't remember - having sex with someone under 18 but not under 16. It was a misdemeanor. I looked it up back when you first mentioned it. Negligence is not a defense - nor is 'she said she was 18' not a defense. LOL I guess you're supposed to ask for ID or something.
