I haven't a clue. I know I did not edit anything after I hit post.
I just got off the phone from a job interview at a local professional recording studio looking for production assistant/engineer and that seemed to go very well.
I think that I would enjoy that work
Hmm... Do you legit have the skills for that job? If not, bluff and hope you get on the job training!
they are willing to train, so I could get to learn the legit skills as i get paid to do it
That'd be fuckin' awesome. You're a little old to enter the industry, so keep that in mind. The sound engineer I want to hire is like 28. Alas, I have no real studio and no need to employ a sound engineer full time.
Also, I think the next purchase a new guitar player would make is an amplifier. Currently, my 'beginner' budget would buy something like the Mustang LT-25 from Fender. For the money, it's about the best amp I could buy - without needing to immediately run out and buy an effects pedal.
Also, would a project like this scare a new guitar player?
