She did tell them that she was the driver, so I don't think they would let her out of it after that. They were trying to figure out a way to charge her with an OWI. They were convinced that she was drunk when it happened, but they could not prove it. LoL

It's too bad they count cities and not per capita with smaller towns. I'm told a town near my house has more Budweiser delivered than any other town per capita. I'm curious about how true that is.
I do know that the last time the Wisconsin Badgers football team got to play in the Rose Bowl game the entire city of Los Angeles ran out of beer completely from the Wisconsin fans being there.
There's probably some small towns that, as a percentage, consume far more than any city.
Just counting cities is not very fair.
