Well, you shouldn't be offended or anything. You've been here long enough that I just straight up tell you the truth. Most newer folks I'd look for something positive to say instead, but not you... No, you've been here long enough!

I'd spend some time doing sound checks against the recording. Then, once you have it set up you can more or less remember the settings and put 'em back for the next time.

Im not offended in the least. We were just having fun playing, it sounded great in person

I am 100% certain that it sounded better in person than it did in the recording.

Also, I hear either the greatest gun battle of all time to happen in modern Norfolk, VA - or someone's setting off a ton of fireworks again.

This is not the first time... (The balcony door is wide open.) In fact, I've mentioned it before...

These are like seriously good fireworks, not someone with some firecrackers. Or it's a running gun battle...

There's no holiday that I'm missing, is there?
