LOL While it may be fun, if your goal is to be a band - it must be repeatable.

So, he needs to keep track of his lyrics and they have to be the same every time.

That sounds like something he's gonna struggle with.

They at least kinda sorta mostly had the lyrics consistent... Mostly... I mean, sure, they'd forget what song they were playing and sometimes finish with a song they didn't start with - but the lyrics were fairly consistent.

Well we don't believe we can count on him. We figure if he shows up at a show he can do backing vocals for a couple songs, but we'll just do what we do without him
