Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

Do you get your ears popping from the elevation changes?

Depending on where you started from and where you've been, yes. Just coming home from Farmington will likely make my ears pop.

The mountains aren't too tall, however. It's not like the Rockies, or anything. Our tallest mountain is just shy of a mile high. They stack like 7' of rocks on it to make it a mile high.

The mountains have been here for a long time - as it's pretty geologically stable. Then, they've been eroded by bouts of glaciation. So, they're smoother than like what you'd see in the Rockies.

That never happens around here no matter where I drive

I suppose that means you don't have any drastic changes in elevation around you.
