Yeah, that's what I expected. (And thanks for visiting L-T and clicking an ad!)

I figure it's probably a bit like how I can get a few dollars if I convince someone to use the satellite service and they list me as the referrer. It's somewhere between affiliate marketing and MLM/pyramid schemes - except there's an actual product so it's perfectly legal.

I'll let you know tomorrow how much Google thinks your clicks are worth!

I've smoked too much today - but I'm not going to complain to myself about it. Frankly, I'm still doing awesome. Today was stressful and the storm taking the internet out pissed me off and I smoked like four cigarettes during that time period. Because of my choice to smoke more at that time, I'm now on my 9th cigarette of the day.

LOL Be careful to not click too many! 3 should be good - a bit suspicious, but good. 2 seems to be ideal. 1 flies under the radar. I've clicked my own ads by accident and just done so once and it paid me for it.

I really think they mostly give a shit about the people making thousands and thousands of dollars from their ads - and those people exist. There are, as I've mentioned before, "AdSense Millionaires".

I am not one of them. It does amuse me to get money from Google, so there's that. It also helps cover the cost. There's hosting AND my CDN to pay for. Right now, it paid for the hosting. The next payout will cover the CDN. The CDN isn't expensive at all, maybe $60 a year at the current level.
