LOL We don't have to worry about that sorta silliness here. We can go talk to the cop while smoking weed.

We can conceal carry a firearm - without a permit.

We can open carry. So, you can walk up to the cop with a visible firearm, another one hidden, and smoking a bong while you ask him questions.
