By the way, the Jag version of this car would be 20k for the best of the best. So, it's a better bargain.

I think the Jag only got the 345 HP V8 version, with a limited feature set? It was significantly cheaper than the Aston Martin version. I don't know if it ever got the V12 in the Jag?

It was originally developed as a Jag, that's the thing. Jag decided to not build it. Aston picked it up a few and went with it and then Jag decided they wanted a version (which I explained already).

Even the key is a Jag key with an Aston logo.

Ford was pretty poor at the time and having issues keeping their "SV" section running - special vehicles - afloat. They'd sell a bunch of assets off, including Jag and Aston, among others like Rover...

Yeah the Jag only had the V8
