Oh, that's even worse... If it'd been temporarily prescribed they'd at least take it back at some point.

Yup. It's like $600 for the batteries that are in it - and you really can't install them yourself - or at least you shouldn't. That's another couple hundred bucks. (I know multiple people in 'em, and have discussed the cost multiple times 'cause one of 'em bitches about the cost fairly often.)

Hell, that $600 battery pack is a refurb/reconditioned - I think...
