I can imagine
I kinda want it in my house as an art piece, beside a few other examples that'd get rotated in and out as time passed.
It's seriously one of the sexiest cars I own - I think. For it's style and what it is, it's gotta be in the top 20% as far as sexiness goes. (Number pulled completely from my ass.)
you have numbers in your ass?????
sighs
Whelp, I'm back using my cell phone to connect to the goddamned internet. No, it's not cloudy - it's quite clear. Since about this time last night, it has barely connected - and progressively worsened.
I called and they gave me the runaround, so I'm gonna give 'em a couple of days to get their shit squared away and use my phone.
I get pretty solid bandwidth with it sometimes. Well, like 7 MB/sec...
Also, said car is worth 800 to 870k - according to Hagerty (who are pretty much experts). Recently, some have sold in the 7 figures range, with one going at 1.2m - with more miles and gray paint (the red is very rare).
I will be the only one driving an SLS AMG Black Series in Maine this week.
Given how seldom their owners probably drive them, I might be the only one on the planet. if not, I might be the only one on the planet driving a red one. I probably the only one in Maine that's going to drive a car worth 870k this week... So, I've got that going for me...
As I recall, this one is a real head turner. People stop, gawk, take pictures, slam on their brakes, try to pull up beside you, etc... I can't really blame them. I'd do most of those things myself, except I'm inside it. It is definitely one of the sexiest cars in my stables. It's as sexy as an E Type.
Where else would I store them?!?
I am not going for a drive this morning. I am particularly sore. So, I'm gonna stay in and do nothing. I'm going to do a whole lot of nothing.
Also, holy shit...
There are believed to be 4000 to 5000 unknown/unaccounted for shipwrecks in the Great Lakes.
Told ya, I was gonna swamp your inbox.
I might be drunk...
Huh... Expedition Unknown is in your neighborhood. Something about Rock Island and a shipwreck (the first to really sail) called The Griffon. The last place it was seen was in your neighborhood - what is now literally your city.
They've kinda been in my neighborhood - but way down on the coast and then way up north. Ah well...
Also, you're gonna be swamped with inbound messages when you sign on. LOL Good! I usually see you earlier in the day, so I might as well swamp you with inbound messages.
