Oh, fuck yeah... Cables get pricey fast. Getting above the 10 to 30' range means paying a more than people seem to expect.

I did not expect them to be that much at all, not even close. That was for the exact brand and model

Oh, yeah, they'll easily hit a grand. You can actually spend more than that, if you want to cross like a 500' span from sound to stage - and that's just one cable that long.
