Man this shit economy is got people selling there gear.
I got the Ampeg Micro VR head and 2 10in cab for $100. It has been to more dive bars than I have. So tons of mojo.
I then got the Mesa Boogie Road Ready Diesel 15in cab from the late 80's to earley 90's with the original EV speaker for $150.
The Ampeg VR is only 200w at 4ohms but holy shit. Im sure my neighbors can hear me.
Before with just the 2 tens. My wife was like
yay I can hear you but no big deal.
After hooking up the 15in. My wife was like.
umm the floor is vibrating.
Hahah so now I play at really low volume.
Btw this mini stack sound great. This ampeg sounds so nice. I dont even need to touch my distortion effects pedal collection. The first amp I've had that just sounded good all by itself.
