Oh they got the book under the seat telling you what channels to be on in what area, and I have talked to air traffic control here and did take offs and touch and go's and landings and flew around over the area here a couple dozen times LoL
Yeah, you're gonna get swamped when you fly near occupied space like entering the space of a major airport. That shit's like a second language.
LOL You'll end up being a bit south of where you should be and flying over DC or some other protected air space and get your ass shot down. If not DC, you'll fuck up and cross the Canadian border a few times before they shoot you down.
When the scrambled fighters wiggle their wings, they're not saying hello. They're saying you should follow them. You should do that, or they're gonna shoot you down.
I do not want to be shot down
Then be damned sure what airspace you're in. Where you are, from there to my house, it's gonna be REALLY easy to cross into Canada's airspace. I'd not worry too much about that - they'll come yell at you on the radio and you can say it's an accident. It's when you do it multiple times and cross back into the US again - that's when the US is gonna be sick of your shit and blow you out of the sky - assuming you don't follow them and land where they tell you to.
If the person doesn't report the plane stolen in time, you could get away with that aspect - until after shit hits the fan and they do an investigation. They'll notice that during their investigation. Hopefully it's not post mortem.
It seems like an easy task, but you need to fly the airspace between NYC and CA. You need to do it again in MA. There are some other airports that you'll want to avoid, but they're not that busy.
