I have an absurd idea...

I don't need the money - but I do need the confirmation. It's not about making money, it's about people saying, "Oh, fuck, I love your work."

If I built a few electric guitars (and promised you a retardedly cheap price) would you buy one?

Again, it's not about making money. It's about confirmation. "Yes, I trust you to sell me a product worth buying at the price you charged me."

To keep them affordable, I'm thinking a few hundred bucks per example - meaning I'm gonna be losing a few hundred bucks per example.

I might let some go for the cost of shipping, because it's for validation and not for profit. So, it's like $100 to ship a guitar right now... I'd likely "charge" you enough to cover shipping and an extra dollar to say it's worth it.

I'll charge the rest of these fuckers $1800 each 'cause that guitar was made by me.

Anyhow, I have both FNDR and KKR stock. It's likely that they used all that money to pay investors a dividend. I'm not actually sure - 'cause I'd have to go look that information up and I'm not quite sure where to look.
