Yeah I suppose the acts of smoking, having your hands occupied and the mouth being involved is probably as difficult to break habits as the actual nicotine
I find the urge to smoke now passes within about five minutes - sometimes ten minutes. That's not too bad.
The urge to do something physical is stronger at times when I'd normally do so. When I wake up is really hard, for example.
But, I'm getting there.
You can find something to take your mind off of it for five minutes I would think
You know when it REALLY sucks?
When I'm waiting for someone else. When I'm waiting for someone, that's a time when I'd normally smoke. It's like a pacifier, more or less.
So, waiting for someone/something sucks... WTF am I supposed to do with myself while waiting for someone else?!?
