Yeah that's just too much to be practical every day
It's livable in 'street mode', probably. But, there are far better street cars for the money invested. Far, far better.
Shit, I paid more for this than I paid for my M6. My M6 was only 120k or so, all told - and that's with a clear film added on by the dealer. So, it was closer to 110k out the door. And I got ALL the options... All of them!
There's no janky plastic in my M6.
Ferrari is trying to sell me camo clothing. Seriously...
Do they think you are going to go on a hunting trip?
Yeah, I'm taking my Ferrari on a goddamned hunting trip... Gonna go moose hunting with it. Gonna strap the dead moose right across the hood with tie down straps on my goddamned Ferrari...
Wait...
Maybe they expect me to tow my skiff with a Ferrari so that I can go duck hunting. That's probably it... Gonna tow a boat with my Ferrari. Lemme just attach a trailer hitch!
When I'm done with that, I'm gonna mount some spare tires to the roof of my Ferrari and go rock climbing with it! Gonna take it out to Moab and climb rocks and cross the muddy trails. Gonna ford a few good sized streams in my Ferrari. Might even stop mid-stream so that I can fly fish a little.
Yup... That camo is gonna help when I show up in a loud, bright fucking red Ferrari. I'll put on a camo shirt and nobody will notice me!
Seriously, don't ever contact Ferrari. Don't ever file your warranty with them. If you end up with a new Ferrari, use a special spam email address to file you warranty.
I might be a bit drunk...
I can't buy any new guitars for a while. So, I'm gonna give you one of my secret purchasing sites.
https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/133349611_a-martin-acoustic-guitar-with-original-storage-case
That'd be a 2007 000-15M - which is a lower-end (but very good) Martin, if you wanted to get into a Martin at a good price. You can expect to find it retail at 1000 to 1200 - plus any shipping expenses and at player-grade. This one appears to be in excellent condition, which means I'd place an actual retail/insurance value at about 1400 - for replacement/insurance purposes. (You can tell when it was made by the serial number.)
Without inspecting it in person, I can't give it a 'mint' rating. I suspect it is mint, or 'near mint' (an actual grade). So, you'll have to accept an 'excellent' grade, or seek a local appraisal. You've got a 25% auction fee, so $800 is $1000 + shipping. Or, about the most I'd suggest paying.
So, skip this one - but do pay attention to the site in the future (if you ever want to get into a collectible guitar at a good price). And don't tell too many people. LOL It has been my secret for years, but I'm pretty sure I'm done buying guitars for a long, long time.
