Bare minimum, you'll likely have lost your keyboard.

I had one laptop that drank more beer than I did. It had four keyboards in it in fairly short order. I put three new keyboards into it. I got so good at it that I could do the whole swap in like 10 minutes, and that was taking my time.

Hopefully you get out of it easy and only need a keyboard. Those are relatively easy to replace if you've never done it before. You're better off looking up some documentation to make sure you do it right, 'cause laptop fasteners can be pretty tricky.

Ideally, the whole thing just works after it dries out.

Water also isn't sticky and doesn't contain the shit wine and beer contain, so maybe it'll work out just fine.
