He was drinking beer with the rest of us, and off duty at the time. He was just barely a cop then. It was at a party/picnic type of affair.
He once stood on the shoulders of another cop to hook up block and tackle to retrieve an SUV my girlfriend got stuck in a swamp.
No legal action was taken. No legal action is ever taken. He's the detective in Farmington now, one of them. So, I've got a bit of legal leeway I suppose. He's one of the reasons I'm not too concerned about criminal legal issues.
Did you see this?
I did indeed see it, thanks.
I have it on good authority that mine will be here 'no later' than the start of October.

She's my new favorite YouTuber. I'm thinking about sending her dad either some basses or some gift cards for an online guitar retailer. While she's amazing, her dad is really awesome.
She is awesome. Do you know her dad?
October is not too far away
Nice. It helps to know people in the right places
Oh, it definitely does. Yes, yes it does...
Since moving to Maine, I've gotten away with some serious shit.
Before moving to Maine, I was in more urban areas where the odds of getting caught are much lower. So, that helped.
I've been blissfully lucky my whole life it seems. I count myself lucky for knowing the right people, for example. I am in circumstances that allow me to be on good terms with all these people.
Also, have you ever watched that show Pawn Stars? You have to have seen it, at least some of it.
I'm kinda like Rick from that show (and I don't watch it either, it's just on that often) and I've always 'got a guy who can help me out with that'.
You need a taxidermist at 04:00 and one that doesn't ask questions and one who willl take your snowmobile in trade? Give me a few minutes to make a couple of phone calls. I've got a guy for that.
I have seen the show, yeah, you got a guy for everything!
