I didn't apply for my moose permit this year. I'll apply next year. So, I'll only take a buck this year. I've been eyeballing the one I am pretty sure I'll take. He'll be delicious.

I don't think I have ever had moose. I don't remember. I know my uncle got one some years back and its head is in his bar. I might have ate some of that one but I don't remember it so maybe I didn't

It tastes very similar to deer - they're both 'venison'. It's just a bit more gamy in my experience.
