I have represented people in court before, which is how I know this. I've probably mentioned this before.

I have only represented my self in court, sometimes it worked out other times it didn't

wait no I once went to court to represent for my son and I got thrown out of the courtroom

I called them out for not following the rules, they were using a statement from someone as evidence without having them there as a witness
