I did not call the cops, I went outside and talked to them, they were all hyped and saying thats my sister, thats my sister. I don't know the story, if it was he forcibly took her, or it was consensual, or if he just took advantage when she was passed out. I have no idea. My imagination tells me that the friend of the brother that came over an attacked is possibly in love with her and jealous that she chose my son over him. But thats just my imagination, cause the friend seemed to be more pissed off than the brother.

I'm not much of a talker in those situations. I go out with a visible weapon and tell 'em to get off my property before they leave in an ambulance. This has been reasonably effective multiple times when people wanted to get unruly with someone in my household.

well they were separated already when I went out there, my son was inside and they left after a few minutes. I did not see the need to attack them and make things even worse. And then have to worry about them retaliating or anything like that. They left. He's got bumps and bruises but no medical attention required really, so he will be ok, just have to deal with the bruises for a couple weeks or so

LOL Well, that sucks... Still, for being a kid you're gonna get some lumps once in a while - until everyone grows out of that shit.
