Our third FNGT admin. He was CynicalOldFart on Voat and COF here. He was the dude that did the archiving. You certainly interacted with him. Cancer got him last December.

Yeah... Cancer got him. He went in his sleep, which is about the best way to go. He was also heavily medicated.

We were really close, actually. It's very much possible to become real friends online.

Actually, I once dated a chick I met online - but not at a dating site or anything like that. That my good sir turned out to be an absolutely horrible idea.

Lol yeah, it can turn into a Jerry Springer episode :) Yes I've talked with one person on Voat I was close to, female.

There was a guy on here recently, relatively, who died, that everybody liked, I don't think it was the guy you're talking about. He used to post a lot, and his son was on here afterwards thanking everyone.
