I have clear ownership and title.

I'd probably get more than I'd get from MB, though they're supposed to include an extra amount of money - but they've yet to state what that figure is. I don't actually know how much more they're going to give me. They should have initiated a bank transfer last Thursday, but I don't see any sign of it at this time. They never actually gave me a specific figure, which I thought was fairly odd.

Meh... If I'm not happy with the figure I can just tell 'em to fuck off and fix it.

That seems kind of fishy, that they have not specified the amount they are refunding. Especially when they have told you when they are going to come to retrieve the car.

I suspect they may want to look at the car before deciding what to refund, but they didn't schedule an inspection - just a pick-up date.

So, if I'm not happy with the sum, they're not driving off with anything.

Also, I just checked something and BOTH of COF's relatives not only got the emails I sent out through MFU, they both opened them. (The emails include a tracking pixel so that you know if they opened it, so long as they didn't open it in plain text format.)
