LITERALLY on his deathbed...

I'd be fine with it if they just took over the entire site, transferred it to their own hosting, and kept it going. Shit, I'd even help them transfer it.

That's just not right. Unless they are all dealing with some new pressing family emergency, there's no reason to not just say no thanks if they are not going to keep it up and running

They have had over a month, so any pressing family emergencies should have passed - and they've had ample time to get over it.

I might write some articles and popularize them, just so I can sell it for more.
