LOL Now you don't have an excuse for not being in tune!

It isn't an expensive tuner, but it should be more than adequate. 'Snot like folks really need a strobe tuner or anything. Most folks ears aren't that exact and this will be within a few cents. (A cent is 1/100th of a semitone. So, from F to G there are 200 cents, but just 100 cents from F to F#.)

Im going to have to change the strings on my V now

That's a good choice for new strings.

I went down and checked this morning. I think I'll go get my deer Thursday morning. I've had success in archery season every time I've tried, so I'm expecting success, so long as I'm patient enough. I'll get my bow dialed in tomorrow.

Also, this week's car is red, front-engine, has rear wheel steering, and (and this is a big hint) has "fast" in the name.
