A quick check for '2500' in their TOS reveals nothing.

I just saw the headlines here on paol and other places. I didn't bother to read the article.
I'm watching the Bathurst 1000 (Australian endurance race with their 'super cars') and they can change the brakes in under 20 seconds.
They do it all as one unit.
I have something kinda similar on my M6 GT3, but it's not that advanced. In my car, it's about a minute - which is impressive, but they're about $2000 a side to do that, so we just replace pads and rotors. That's like $150 a side. The units that can get swapped in and out can be replaced, but that's still amazingly expensive. I can't imagine what this would cost.
I'm watching my woman try on dresses and model them for men
I dunno if even reading the articles would help. It's not like there's a law requiring honesty in publication - and a whole lot of sites take advantage of that. They are legitimately 'fake news', which is amusingly contrary to what their followers often believe. I tend to verify shit like that, but I didn't bother digging too deep into this one.
First, I'm watching a great race in Australia. Second, I don't say anything that'd make PayPal angry. I'm kinda okay with them refusing to service people who spread demonstrable falsehoods. They're a business and can service whoever they want. They can charge anything they want for their services. I have the freedom to not use them.
Yeah it seems ridiculous
Huh... They can also change pads in just a few seconds. It pops in and out like a cartridge.
I definitely don't have that tech. I kinda want it, but I'm not needing to change pads in just a few seconds.
There's a single flip switch thing holding a cover in. They remove the bolt and slide out the pad. The new pad goes in and they slap the cover closed. That's it.
I don't need to change my pads that quickly, but I kinda want this system just so I can say I have it.
That makes sense for racing. I'm sure every part the time it takes to replace is taken into consideration
