Yeah, you're not out a lot of money if the product sucks.
I don't own any of their models, but they do pique my interest.
Glarry is ok for $100 I bought one of there violins for my daughter. Not top shell but not as bad as The Rouge guitar I got when I was 13. That shit the frets cut my hand up.
I've actually pondered buying a cheap Glarry (or similar) and giving it to someone in the thread.
Quality-wise it's OK, sounds ok. But the neck is LAUGHABLY wide. OK if u have shovel-hands, otherwise a joke. The body is very light, so, neck-dive.
If it's really bad, some folks will put weights on the body side of their strap to keep the neck from diving. I usually just deal with it, though I'd move the strap lock when I was younger. I have enough choices to never really have to perform/stand while playing anything with serious neck dive.
A grippy strap works too
