I live for two things: play bass, and

I picked up a six string Ibanez back in early summer. I have barely played it.

Basses only have 4 strings

LOL I have basses in a number of strings, including an older 7 string that's also from Ibanez. I've barely played that one and bought it just to add to the collection. I do not have a 3 string bass, but those also exist.

The main issue with a six or seven string is the limited number of companies that sell replacement sets.
