That was the word I was looking for while drinking heavily last night. It was a day full of races, including the Bathurst 1000.

A quick look via Google says I have never heard of said Davie404, but I may take a few minutes to check out their work.

Davie 504 is a Italian bassist that makes a lot of videos. A lot is 'funny' crap, but he is an incredible player. Huge hands!

Charles Berthoud is the most astonishing bassist I ever heard, apart from MonoNeon.

My favorites are pretty mainstream and not all that controversial. Give me Lee, Flea, or Avery. Also, the dude from Primus. He can rock a bass. I don't tend to seek out bass players online

Davie does requests, like 'play Les Claypool's top 10 sickest lines' etc, he's entertaining...also has bass battles, and showcases unknown players from around the world. Worth checking out.
