Those days are days that I drive five or more hours. I guess I should clarify that. Sometimes it's just four hours. Sometimes I stop and eat somewhere, or stop and get out to roam around.

That's long enough where you would want to get out of the car

Especially in some of the cars. Some have really stiff suspension and seats with pretty much no cushioning. When you're loading it up in the corners for an hour, you really want a break.
