Pretty much... Good thing, too. It's like thick cast iron pipe for part of it. I don't have the tools to fuck with that.

I did play around with the giant thread cutter that they use on 4" cast pipe. The torque on one of those will fuck your day right up.

You stand back once you get it going. I did gas pipe line cutting and installing on new construction many years ago. I played with the thread cutter all day long
