I don't think any Rolls came with a flat head six.
It is indeed a Porsche 911, but it's just the R.
However, it's a very, very special example of the 911 R. I got it for a song, really. I'm sure I could unload it for quite a bit more than I spent on it. Which is why I've 'made money on paper' since starting to collect cars in earnest.

It was the wreck that got me to try a car with the 'dual clutch automatic manual transmission' and that was what propelled me into selling the beach house and taking my collection seriously.
So, some good came out of the wreck.
You never went to the beach house anyways.
I thought you said 3 R's
Nope... Look again...
There are two "R"'s in the full name of the car.
See?
LOL
And, no... No, I never used the beach house. I bought it for a song while there was the giant housing crash. I literally paid pennies on the dollar. It was well below 7 figures when I bought it. All-in, I sold it for just about 13.5... So, it was one hell of a profit. All I had to do was pay the taxes between those years and some general upkeep from a maintenance company that mowed lawns, trimmed trees, made sure the pool wasn't deadly, etc...
So, it was one fucking hell of a good investment.
I only see two r's
