To be completely clear - I FUCKING HATE PLUMBING ON EXISTING PLUMBING!!!

I don't hate much, but I hate that. Fuck that noise. Plumbing on new construction is kinda fun. After that, it can fuck right off.

To me, a plumber is worth every fucking penny.

I don't mind all sorts of home ownership aspects, but plumbing is right out.
