Ok, had to do a truss rod adjustment then tweak the intonation on half the strings. Does have a hair in the finish I can sand out and desperately needs new strings and fret polishing but otherwise I like it. So far so good. Good base to upgrade if I decide to.

Short test says merely ok. Will do CTS pots and likely some guitarfetish pickups to cure it. Ordered some tuners already.
